Litigation Clinic Director Carol Anderson sponsored an experimental joint Depositions Course with Elon University School of Law during the winter break, on January 12 – 15, 2012.

Elon Professor Peter Hoffman posed with some students during a break in the action. Elon students received Krispy Kreme hats (and doughnuts) as a taste of Winston-Salem culture.

In addition to instruction in depositions fundamentals from Professors Anderson and Hoffman, the students received one-on-one mentoring from teams of practicing attorneys who critiqued each skills workshop.

Fifteen Wake Forest students participated with attorney roles, while five played vital witness roles. Nine Elon students participated in the course, all in attorney roles.
